Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer care team or log into your account portal within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original AAKASHA tags attached back into the original packaging to ensure protection during transit.

Ship the Item

Send your package using a trackable shipping service to our studio address provided in the return authorization email; please retain your tracking number for reference.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
